Online credit card registration payments will be accepted no sooner than 90 days prior to each event.  Check and cash payments are accepted anytime.

Refund Policy:  A full refund of registration fees will be provided if cancellation of the registration is reported to the administrative office in writing (info@pgrtaz.org or 602-840-2900) prior to the RSVP deadline, generally the Thursday prior to the event, or as noted in each event details posting.

(Please note:  This refund policy does not apply to the annual Planned Giving Conference event.  Refund policy for this event will be specific to this event and is noted in the details of the event posting)

    Refund Policy: 

    Full refunds will be available (less 5% for credit card payment registrations) through May 18, 2018

    50% refunds will be offered from May 18, 2018 through May 24, 2018

    No refunds or credits can be made for cancellations received on/after 5 pm, May 24, 2018 as our event logistics and equipment rentals will be in process, however, substitute attendees are encouraged!

    *Please note: PGRTAZ is not a registered provider of pre-qualified CE for life insurance professionals.  All professionals should check with their designation requirements for qualified CE before submitting course outlines.  Standard CE requirements such as attendance sheets (with signatures), course outlines for attendees, and a minimum 50 minute learning hour, shall be observed.
