In this program, Ms. Zeitzer will discuss opportunities for nonprofit organizations and foundations to “do more good” through real estate assets. She will discuss the market trends that we are currently experiencing with residential, commercial and land assets. Ms. Zeitzer will then present opportunities to build real estate donation programs, discuss vetting real estate gifts/donations, and creating donation policies and opportunities to value, manage, sell or lease real property interests.
