Many organizations are under constant pressure to increase results with fewer development staff. This session will focus on best practices for sharing responsibilities in any development office, from a one-person operation to a highly specialized department. Drawing on specific case studies from across non-profit sectors, this presentation will also address how teamwork and solid volunteer engagement and management can be leveraged to maximize the impact of every development staff role in fundraising.
