A favorite neighborhood restaurant, Pane Bianco, serves pizza, pasta and seasonal entrees using fresh, local ingredients ranging from heirloom tomatoes, house-made mozzarella, eggplant Parmigiano and more. Pane Bianco has been voted best sandwich in Phoenix on several occasions.  

Marco Bianco--Chris Bianco's brother who makes the world famous bread and pizza crust for all Bianco's locations--will join us and share how the bread/crust is made...from the heritage wheat seeds chosen to each step in the process. We will also have a wine tasting of local Arizona wines.
