Many thanks to Carrie Kinnear and the Arizona Endowment Building Initiative, as well as our PGRTAZ board of directors, for stepping forward to fund a Plenary Session this June!

Their leadership brings our Summer Forum event to a great position as we enter into the event marketing and production phase...only 4 breakout sessions remain available, and a small assortment of other options including our proceedings booklets, our AV support system, or our advertiser/attendee options.

Welcome to the sponsorship team, Carrie...we'll be getting your logo posted as soon as we can!

We love our marketing collaborators, who help us spread the word about our big event, and help us build robust and interesting educational events for our members by sharing their news with us for our members.

The Summer Forum program is in place, and now through April 30th, our marketing collaborator's members can seek out their own 4 somes....and buy a 4 pak for $440.

When purchased individually, the lowest price to attend is $125, some coming together on your purchase decision saves everyone $15.

Interested?  Call Stephanie at 602-840-2900, or e-mail info@PGRTAZ.org, for the coupon code.  Identify which marketing collaborator you are a member of, and ask for the 4pak coupon!

The Summer Forum Committee is very excited to announce our Keynote presenters for the June 12th, 2013 event: Gateway to Impact.

Nell Edgington is the president of Social Velocity, and comes to us from Austin, Texas.  Nell is highly recommended and gaining a national following for her both blog site and commentary, as well as her practical approach to meeting the financial needs of the non-profit sector.

Dr. Susan Raymond comes to us from Washington DC, through Changing our World.  This remarkable author and presenter has wowed audiences in Arizona before...albeit many years ago...and comes highly recommended for her thought provoking approach to teaching and coaching.  Internationally recognized, we welcome you back to Arizona, Dr. Raymond!

Ramsay Slugg comes to us from Dallas, Texas, and will share his thoughts and the implications for development professionals from a critical base of research material that he was instrumental in initiating:  Study of High Net Worth Philanthropy.

The program offerings throughout the day include additional insights during more intimate and interactive breakout sessions with each of our keynote presenters.

The official planning activity for the 2013 Summer Forum (June 12, 2013 at the Phoenix Country Club) is underway..The date has been set, the venue contracted, the board event objectives approved, and the draft budget is in motion.  Several of last years' sponsors have already renewed, and sponsorship outreach is also in full motion already.

Next, we move to the details, including setting this years' specific theme/wording (the general theme is excellence in stewardship and measuring impact for donor value), the call for programs and speakers, vetting/contracting speakers, the event look and feel, the save the date cards, marketing collaborators outreach, end of day giveaways, and recruiting and training event day volunteers.

Interested in spending 3-4 hours a month from December through July to connect with your peers in producing another exceptional event?  Join the first committee conference call on December 10th, at 3:30 pm.

REGISTER to attend the meeting, to receive your agenda and SF information packet in advance.  You don't have to be a PGRTAZ member to volunteer for this committee.  This committee receives strong support from Premium Organization staff, so your volunteer experience will be engaging, enlightening, fun, and ultimately, rewarding.
