For our current and future partners,

some quick facts about PGRTAZ:

last update:  Oct 2013

History:
Founded in 1989, and affiliated with the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning (formerly the National Committee on Planned Giving), we are the center for advanced planning and gifting discussions and learning in the Greater Phoenix Area.  There is also a PPP affiliate chapter in Southern Arizona.
Membership: 110
Meetings: Every Month, except Dec and July, varying the levels of topics and delivery to serve both our newer planners and professionals, and to provide thought provoking and cutting edge information to our seasoned planners.

The average meeting attendance is 45-55 professionals.
Messaging/Credibility: Partnership funds for monthly programming and the annual Arizona Planned Giving Conference events are not linked to either the program topics, the speakers chosen, or the theme and flow of events.  A committee independently sets the years' calendar ahead.  Membership surveys are conducted after each event, and publicly posted to build a reputation for transparency, consistency, and quality in our philanthropic programming.
Mailing List Our contact list is growing daily.  We regularly reach close to 390 active professionals monthly with an interest in planned giving.
Outreach The PGRTAZ has strategically reached out to targeted allied trade professions and non-profit organizations with visions, missions, and/or purposes aligned with ours.  Our current marketing collaborators effort expands our outreach, when appropriate, to in excess of 7,000 Valley professionals.  We value our strategic alliances with our marketing collaborators, and are working to build expectations that are rational, positive, practical, and deliverable across this voluntary network.
Hallmark Event
Each Spring, the PGRTAZ hosts the Arizona Planned Giving Conference.  This full day conference is run by a volunteer committee, generally taking 8 months of planning and production time.  This event serves as our community offering, purposefully providing a full day of introductory programming as well as extremely high level, thought provoking, and nationally recognized experts and speakers, for 1/2 or less the pricing of conferences of similar quality, variety, and networking engagement.
On Line Commitments and Payment Meeting attendees, Conference registrants, membership renewals, and partnership payments may be transacted directly via this website.
Visibility The PGRTAZ website, significantly upgraded in 2011, is seeing consistently strong activity.  We monitor via Google Analytics, and are proud to report five years of active website traffic. We are averaging more than 170 visitors monthly, and they are staying on our site for more than 5 minutes per visit.
Logo Specifications For our partners at levels that provide logo postings and recognition, a high quality photoshop or .jpg format file is requested, no more than 1M in size, along with the appropriate/best website or page to link to (as applicable).
